We are not currently taking applications. The waitlist is closed. The application form will be available once the waitlist reopens. Market Unit Application Process

1. Application Submission
   o The applicant fills out the application form.
   o Once submitted, the applicant will be added to the waiting list.
2. Waitlist Notification
   o When the applicant’s name is at the top of the waitlist, the next steps begin.
3. Financial Eligibility Check
   o The applicant must provide:
    Bank statements
    Credit check
    Pay stubs or a job letter
   o These documents are used to determine if the applicant can afford the rent.
